How do I find my model and serial number?
While some air conditioner makes and models are different, your model and serial number can usually be found on a label located on the front/side of your outdoor unit.

*As per original quote conditions and providing unit is maintained as per manufacturer’s recommendations. Regular maintenance also allows your unit to perform economically, saving you running costs whilst creating a comfortable environment).
^To protect your warranty, regular servicing of your system must be performed by Safair (minimum once per year for domestic applications). The owner is responsible for the booking of such maintenance visits. Warranty will not cover water leaks or water damage caused by air conditioning systems that have not been regularly cleaned or maintained.
